Works fin. Shouldve looked at it a little closer because Internet apps are limited to 4 including Netflix. The sony was better as far as ga goes and nearly the same price.
Remote control has a serious delay with commands. You have to keep pushing the button to get it to work. Picture is good and the Netfix app is convenient.
I have had 4 different blue-ray players die in the last four years. The last one was the previous model of LG that at least had the good sense to die just before the one year warranty was over. The blue-ray part seems to stop recognizing blue-ray discs, even though the dvd part still worked fine. At least LG does seem to stand behind their product with a whole year warranty This one was a christmas season special for about 50 some dollars, so seemed like a decent value. It does a good job of doubling the resolution of dvd so the difference between blue-ray and dvd is hard to see. Easy set-up and small size is serious plus. Of course you have to buy an HDMI cable, which is not included. Time will tell.
The Blu-Ray Player is very nice and works well. The remote for this is terrible! It works but does so very slowly so patience is required.
love it hooked it up pic comes in clear and I also get HD from Netflix for 1.00 more. so iam paying 8.99 a month to watch movies. good price.
