This computer was like new. I own a Mac desktop, but wanted something more portable for school. Have only had a few days, but it runs great. There was one tiny nik on one of the corners, otherwise, the computer looks new. Was nervous about purchasing a refurbished computer, but so far I am very pleased! Would absolutely recommend this option to someone wanting a MacBook but doesnt want to pay full price for a new one.

The product arrived in great condition. Virtually no scratches. Description says 8 GB of ram and 128 GB SSD. Its actually 4 GB ram and 251 SSD - so I got less ram and more storage. It already had the latest version of OSX installed. The OS runs very fast. Overall, great buy. I would do this again!

We bought what we thought was a refurbished machine. All that had been done was it had been cleared of previous information. No battery life at all (had to be plugged in all the time to work), slow processing. Slower than our work computers that have less memory and are older models.

Ordered cause the fiancé wanted a new laptop, after her other one died. It’s what you’d expect from a refurbished computer very minor damage only a few scuffs and a very small dent after putting a cover over the laptop it isn’t even visible. Works perfectly couldn’t be happier. If we decide to get a second MacBook we’ll definitely order again!

Item came very scuffed up, more than the expected “Certified to work and look like new...”. Also missing the full length power cord. Only came with the basic cable and power brick. I will only be able to be 4 ft from an outlet.

I know I bought refurbished but this thing has 2 of the corners bent in like it’s been dropped at least twice, the third corner has a smaller (acceptable) ding and the 4th has sticker glue all over it. Each port that wires plug in is filled with dust or dirt or something and just looks caked. Both the lid and the bottom has scratches which if alone is no problem but this specific laptop has had a really tough life. You’d think when you read referbished they at least physically cleaned it but they didn’t so kinda worried about what they did inside to refurbish and to be blunt considering returning it now.

My wife and I usually share a MacBook Air when we travel but this year well be doing some separate trips where well both need one. I didnt want to spend full price for a new MacBook but wanted to stick with Apple since I have so much stored in iCloud. I definitely had reservations about buying a refurbished laptop, especially after reading some of the 1 star reviews. I was delighted when this MacBook Air arrived securely packaged and had only some minor wear to the casing. More importantly the screen and keyboard are in excellent condition, look new. No problems registering and all my data in the iCloud is available to me without having to do anything complicated or time consuming. Battery life appears to be about the same as the previous MacBook. One happy customer!

So I was hesitant to buy a refirbushed computer but it arrived today and I am so happy I did. I read through the other reviews and checked all the negatives first. USB port works, runs fast, its 8GB as listed, not a scratch on the computer. Not one scratch! No issues with set up. Camera works. Doesn’t come with extra long charger cord but description did not say it did. I’ll update again in a month but for the price you cannot beat this! Mine looks new. :)

I know it’s a refurbished/renewed MacBook Air but one of the key factors why I bought this was the battery life of at least 8 hours. I had this charged through out the day and unplugged it over night. As soon as I had turned it in the battery was at 10 % level. Shocking because I didn’t have anything left on running. It was on sleep mode. I wanted to test it out and see. During use it would only last about 3 hours and I’m just surfing the web. The MacBook Air is known for its long battery life. But not this one. Oh well. It did come in pretty good shape and it runs great. I’ll just have replace the battery at some point.

Since the computer arrived its freezing all the time. I had it erased and reinstalled the software and now is a little better but still freezes very often.
