Item was as described, took one star off as the mouse wrist rest is significantly thinner than the keyboard rest. About half the thickness. Its not UNcomfortable, but is not as good. The wrist rest is thick, has a good amount of "give" to it, and returns to shape relatively quickly. The neoprene cover is smooth and has not "pilled" in the first week of use. The rubber underside is very grippy on my office cubicle surface and does not move at all. Same for the mouse wrest. Overall, I might have chosen a "gel" style before, but this memory foam version was a good option.

My wrist was hurting so badly I could barely move it. I bought these pads and the pain went away within days. They are very comfortable. Soft enough to cradle your wrist, but firm enough to protect it from injury. I never realized just how hard I was pressing my wrist onto the table... theres a sizable impression on the pad every time I lift my wrist. A lot of pads are too firm to do anything for you, but this one is very soft and comfortable.

I both both of these for work, as I use a desktop at work. They do not provide any type of wrist rest pads and my wrists were constantly hurting. I ordered these and BAM no more problems. Im actually using this right now as Im typing and I love how SOFT they are. The only things I dislike are 1) the Keyboard portion, the letters are starting to fade and I purchased this barely six months ago. 2) They collect dust, lint and dirt like nobodys business; I also eat at my desk sometimes and it collects crumbs so bad. Sometimes its almost sickening (to me) to see so much dirt buildup in a short time. However, I enjoy the comfort, I just pick them up and try to shake them out as much as possible over a trashcan

I type with a Cooler Master mechanical keyboard, which has a rather tall deck. When typing, my left elbow rests on my chairs arm, but my right arm floats. I wanted to be able to rest my right wrist while typing. Saw this product, looked simple and cheap, so I went with it. The product picture looks like a normal "straight" wrist rest, it isnt. The rubber foot pad on it is straight, but the padded foam has a "waist" about a third of the way along from the right side, that makes the right wrist--the one I need support for--more likely to collapse. I dont understand why it isnt straight and symmetrical; that would have been simpler to manufacture I would think. I might actually use the included "mouse" rest instead. In fact, Id be happy if I just had another one of those. I wonder if you can buy them separately? EDIT 2/28/2019 I now truly realize the magnitude of the mistake I made. I got an email apologizing that I wasnt happy with the product and offering a half refund. On an eleven dollar hunk of foam, its not worth my time. I declined. I get another email offering a full refund. At this point I just want this to go away. Again I decline. Then they ask me if I wouldnt mind changing the review then. Email account of seller blocked. That went from customer service to scummy and manipulative real quick. So Im going to do three things about this: 1. Im ending my Prime membership and encouraging others to do the same. 2. Im going to attempt to blacklist this seller and set it so that no sellers are allowed to speak to me without first being spoken to, and 3. if I cant get #2 done, Im closing my Amazon account.

Updated Review: I am now updating my review to 5 stars (previously 3) because of the awesome customer experience I received from Gimars (especially the representative by the name of Nina) who reached out to me after my first review was posted. Gimars has an updated version of the wrist pads which has a denser memory foam feeling and is a lot better than the first set of products I received. Through the great customer service and the improved products, I feel that this product definitely helps take strain off of your wrists (especially if youre sitting at a computer all day like me) at a great value. Previous Review: These write pads arent as cushiony as one would expect. They do revert to their original form after laying your wrists on them without any issues. Also the white "Gimars" lettering is basically a sticker which falls off really quickly after using the pads and it leaves a dirty looking imprint of where the letters used to sit. Not sure I would recommend these, as there may be better options out there.

Not the highest quality. Very lightweight; both rests move easily, which is annoying. [Original three-star review] UPDATE TO FOUR STARS: The company reached out to me regarding my review and sent me an updated version of the products. The size has been made slightly larger, with more padding. Also included with the set are "dots" to place on the bottom of the rests to keep them from sliding. The keyboard rest really does not need these now; it is quite comfortable and does not move. The same cannot be said for the mouse hand rest. Though increased in size and with the added "dots," it still moves about. The material on the bottom of this rest seems to be the main problem as it does not stop the movement (even with added weight, size, dots). Also, on a humid day or if you are sweating, if you lift your hand the rest comes with it. However, with all that, I would upgrade to a four-star review. For the price, the value is good. And, a big thank you to Gimars for supporting their customers and listening to their input.

Order these a couple weeks ago and after streaming and playing roughly 36 hours of pc games these are comfy the lettering on the wrist pad came off after a day or two but that is to bee expected since that is my mouse hand very comfy handt had any pain in my wrist since using them. Great deal thoughthe keyboard rest might be too big for some gamers since its design for the full size keyboard. Love it, recommend it, doesnt break the bank

These are so comfortable & match all my desk accessories perfectly! They even came with double sided tape to stick to your desk which I thought was a great addition!

UPDATE 9/27: customer service reached out to me and wanted to help correct the issue. I received the updated version which is much longer in comparison, and also seems fuller, as to provide slightly more support to my wrists. I do like the new keyboard rest better than this set, and am happy that Gimars took the initiative, after I posted a negative comment here (I did reach out to them prior to posting a comment, and was sort of brushed off). Thanks Gimars! 5 stars for pursuing me and providing a replacement. Id say 4 stars for the actual product ( I gave the original set a 1 star). Could still be higher/fuller, but I suppose this preference is a personal one. the newer version im sure is great. this one is really too short (keyboard matching piece) and the piece for the mouse, i hardly notice its there for support, its so flat. should have returned.

About 2 inches shorter than my keyboard. Old rest spanned the length of the keyboard. Has a tendency to move around. Some sort of sticking device came with the rest but not sure Id want to affix it to my desk. A bit more rigid than the one I had here and have at work. Just cant get comfy whereas my old rest felt natural and soothing. Will look for another brand. I would not buy again. 10/15/18: After initial review of two stars the vendor contacted me and offered to make things right and I accepted. I received a new wrist pad today. This one is MUCH better that the original. It is the length of the keyboard and much more easy on the wrists. Assuming this is what they will send to the customers from now on I would recommend this product.
