Purchased this refurbished desktop as an inexpensive alternative to my laptop. Received the computer 2 days ahead of estimated delivery date. Computer is exactly as advertised and works great! Everything functions (I cant say that about other refurb computers Ive bought in the past) and it comes with a brand new Win 10 Home OS fresh install. Activation was easy. On a side note: the description above said this computer DOES NOT come with a mouse and keyboard...mine did. So I dont know if the description is wrong or if this particular vendor does it different (TekRefurbs).

Worked for first month then when I set computer to reset (format to clean drive). It will not start anymore. I’m past my support time so now I have a box that does nothing. Not happy with this purchase, be careful what you pay for, cheaper is not better.

Mine came with keyboard, mouse and wi fi. Lacks a HDMI port. No problems so far. Great unit for the price. Brought this as a stand alone unit to operate a digital device. Fills the need.

I am sorry to say these were a complete waste of money. I bought them so my kids could use email and do research online. No gaming. They both stopped working before a month was up. First one within a week. I shut them down and turned them on again a day later and all good. Then within minutes of use just sitting at wondows desktop they both stopped working again. I was so disappointed that I have just wasted months sitting on them but after months of my kids asking about them I figured I could at least wrote this review. I bought 2 of them and both of them are garbage.

Have had this for a couple years. Blue screen of death several times a day since new. We had already purchased and loaded all of our various software packages - about a day of work to get everything in and updated. Wiped it clean to see if it would still BSOD and it does right out of the box. Too late to return so we re-loaded everything (another day) and just live with it. I can finally afford a new PC so this one will be sent to the landfill, not recycled for some poor unlucky soul to be taken advantage of. The seller knows these PCs are no good, they should not be selling them. I would avoid the seller as well.

I bought this PC less than three months ago. It has been noisy,, like it really has some work going on even you are far away from the PC.... And then, it was dead two days ago. It could be good if you just use it for casual purposes, read/set e-mails, read news etc..... But if you intend to use it for some kind of work. Be careful, and think again! Added: Be careful, the seller would even ask you to pay the mailing fees to send it back to them! I found out just today! Unfortunately, it was already thrown away.

It is unfortunate that this company is advertising the WiFi feature on the photos for both models and even more unfortunate that they are charging people an extra $100 dollars for this cheap to install component. I am hoping that they are able to remedy this issue before falsely advertising.

A nice little computer. Got it for my wife to use as a linux workstation. Pulled the HD that came with it and installed a nice little SSHD and an additional 8 gig of RAM. Only problems I had were figuring out how to insert the RAM ... need to remove the CD-ROM. Had some boot problems and the seller replied right away. Only negative comment would be that the computer hadnt been cleaned very well as part of the "refurb". I found a lot of dust and fluff between the from panel and the fan. Easy to blow out and a great excuse to use that can of air you have sitting around! Id buy again, especially from this vendor.

I got it today. I was surprised that it had inbuilt speaker. However, the wifi dongle, keyboard and mouse were substandard but what can you expect at this price? Once booted observed that the hard disc constantly went to 100% usage and it did froze in middle of a software installation. Did some interesting online research ( being a research scholar has its own fun) and found that the power settings needs to be adjusted. Now everything has smoothed down and its working fine. Hope it works this way for rest of its life :) .. overall, I feel the built and specs of the machine are great.
