Finally was able to open box and get a work build installed on this computer. Boot up revealed no RAM. Dell technician dispatched. Upon further inspection, Dell technician found to also have never had a processor installed. 3 attempts to contact seller and I have heard nothing. Extremely dissatisfied with Amazon and with the seller. Would not recommend either at this point. I have an $1100 computer that I cannot use and no one seems to want to resolve the issue.

Good desktop. Allows easy addition of extra disk drives. Does not seem to be as fast as I would expect, but I think that may be windows 10 not being optimized.

The computer works well and does what a computer should. But be careful from this seller as the description of the product did not match the product I received. It was missing the SSD drive. I didnt realize the problem until I had spent several days setting the computer up.

I had reservations ordering this from Amazon rather than directly from Dell. One month in, everything seems fine. The PC shipped in its original box. I dont know why its cheaper than from Dell, but I havent found anything wrong yet.

Ordered this computer for Christmas. We have used it 6 times for general use. It takes 40 seconds to open Microsoft excel. This is unacceptable, as this computer is supposed to be great for gaming???? The last computer I bought on amazon was dead on arrival. I will never purchase another computer again from Amazon. Dell Tech support logged into my computer tobattempt to fix the computer and now the CPU wont even boot past the Dell logo. Waste of my time and money. UNACCEPTABLE, $1100 down the drain.
