Defective and returned. I purchased 3 Dell desktop pcs within a 4 week span and each one had serious hardware and software issues. Ok, I can understand receiving one defective item, but three in a row! I will not consider Dell for any future purchases. I have since purchased a HP and am very happy with it.

Very disappointed in the XPS as it was advertised as up to 4.6 MHz processor speed but system is stated top 3.2 Mhz. I could have saved $2-300.00 for much cheaper one and better built. Flimsy and CD drive is very cheap. It may break off just to put in CD!! Do not recommend! Not as advertised. Old stock. lots of updates out of box!
