Dell Optiplex 7010 Business Desktop Computer (Intel Quad Core i5 up to 3.8GHz Processor), 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, DVD, Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

Right out of the box, the mouse didnt work. Its only a $10 mouse, but bad start. Then the COA provided was invalid, so I sent an email requesting a new one. Since Windows gives you 30 days, I skipped the registration, and attempted to install Windows. When that failed, I rebooted at which point the BIOS no longer recognized the hard drive. The seller asked me to contact them outside of Amazon. At that point, I requested a return & refund from Amazon for a defective item. This is why I shop at Amazon in the first place.

No issue installing. Had windows 10 which installed and booted right up. I did have to go into settings and say "change activation code" but was no issue. They add a sheet that explains what to do if that problem occurs. Runs fine for my word processing, internet, movies and general use. Dont play games so not sure about that but runs great. Computer case was in great shape. No complaints!

Runs quiet, its pretty small and does everything I needed to do. Have not used it for gaming just everyday use.

I have not had the computer long but so far it works great. It was easy to hook up and works great. I bought it as a second computer for my wife to use and she has only used it a little but so far so good.

I didnt feel like replacing the burnt system board in my old PC. For an i5 CPU, Dell implemented this one well. Very happy with purchase.

So far I am pretty pleased with this purchase it is twice as fast as my old Dell Insprion. Im happy with the fast response from tech support. the PC only came with 8G of RAM which is fine that is what I ordered. Asked for some tech support to find out how to increase the memory and they got right back to me. would recommend Blair to anyone.

Upgraded the unit to 16gb of ram and I use it has a streaming pc - works great - no heat, low noise.. happy happy

I usually build my desktop PCs, but the Dell had everything I was looking for. I purchased this from Computer World Ent through Amazon. The cost of building would have cost me more than twice the cost of my refurbished Dell. The Dell has great performance with 8 gigs of memory, I5 CPU, 500 gigs hard drive and Window 10 Pro. Taking the case off shows that if one wanted to install an SSD drive, it would be an easy task with this small box. I had looked at several on-line stores and no one could beat the price that I had received with free delivery. This is still an up-to-date computer system with its high performance parts. I would consider going refurbished with Computer World Ent on any other purchase. Great Value!!!!

My order was filled by Quality Recertified. The unit looks almost new. Motherboard was dustless. I installed a SSD and moved Windows 10 from HDD. After all updates, everything is working flawlessly. Great refurbished PC.

I’m having the worst time getting help with this computer. I called tech support trust Christmas help the forwarded me to Dell and they can’t help they are forwarding me to someone else. I called to get help with this computer yesterday and the guy said it will shut off and shut back on for about 4-6 hours ! it’s been well over 14 hours and it’s still doing the same exact thing. I am so unhappy right now !!!!! I need this computer to work by May 3
