First of all, the machine is not a bad machine my complaint is that the computer was advertised with a 1Tb SSD, and it did not come with one. Instead I got a Western Digital 7200 rpm 1tb. The SSD and the Video are the only reason I got this machine. Im not sure if this is oversight or predatory marketing but it pisses me off quite a bit. Beware when you buy this that it may not be as promised.

This computer is not as advertised. It is supposed to have an SSD, but it has HDD. Other reviewers have also mentioned this. Evidently it is Amazons error, not Cyberpowers. I wish I would have bought it directly from Cyberpower instead of Amazon.

I absolutely love this system! Granted, Ive only had it for a week, but Ive been fully satisfied with the performance. The system boots up off the SSD in mere seconds, the processing speed is amazing, and the graphics are outstanding. The only thing that might be a shortcoming in the future for me is the lack of a DVD drive and HDD, but I can get external add-ons pretty cheap whenever I need them. Thank you!

The case fans did not work properly. While they work, the LED lights died apon arrival. Also the memory they gave me was not the 1TB of SSD they stated in the description. It was an HDD 1TB. If they want to say it was HDD then just state it rather than say it would include SSD. Other than that the PC works well. I have had it for a day and no issues other than the LED and the HDD. I was on support for an hour and no response. The customer service is lackluster at best. I hope I can get ahold of them because the SSD would be a nice replacement to the HDD.

So far this is a fantastic pc. Was very sceptical About buying at first. We needed a good basic pc with gaming capabilities for our son and this does not disappoint. Additionally the customer service reviews are good and they are located locally in case I need to service. So far I have nothing bad to say about it. Great pc for internet/ docs and gaming as well. Def worth the price. You won’t be disappointed.
