Sharp 43" Class LED 1080p Smart HDTV Roku TV

got this at best buy , had to write review . tv is "ok" i mean tv is nice and fine BUT roku that is built into is HORRIBLE. crashes ALOT , even with external hard drive plugged into usb , it just stops and goes back to roku main menu screen , watching roku channel NOW and 50% commercials go to loading screen then just black screen you HAVE to back out re enter roku channel find what was watching and "resume" watching IF you have that option if you have to fast forward to spot you was at AND there is commercials , just forget about watching that channel with this tv . crashes at commercial loadings , crashes usb hard drive connected , it crashes ALOT .AND BTW , there is NO Ethernet plug , this tv is wifi ONLY . even if you do not use the Ethernet option would be nice rite ? OTHERWISE the tv CONSTANTLY looking for signal with the red light bottom left corner CONSTANTLY flashing while it searches for wifi connection . thinking about returning this now . roku built into system does not work very well very unstable at best . maybe for just watching antenna tv or cable tv BUT THEN you got tv constantly flashing looking for wifi connection . there is no way to turn off wifi or stop it from trying to constantly connect as there is no Ethernet in . if wifi did not constantly search for connections or you could disable it would be ok . IF roku built in actually worked better it would be ok , but this tv is really just crap . a nuisance really .i am using roku 3 i have on tv and play hard drive through there no problems . tv wifi i connected then blocked from my router seems to make light stop flashing but it is too much effort to get this to work OK . i will be returning .

I bought this TV and I am not an IT knowledgeable person. I was a little worried about hooking it up and getting it going but it was easy and simple. Works wonderfully!

Piece of junk! Will not stay connected to the internet. Don’t buy their TVs! Owned mine 11 months. Quit working. Used warranty to repair. 7/8 months later sane exact issue. Unreal!

The picture quality and everything is ok, but the remote often renders the TV completely unusable. As of now, I am sitting 4 feet away from the TV with brand new batteries...and it wont do anything. Outside of that, the TV randomly power cycles on and off and then it takes you 30 minutes to get back to the show you were watching and with the correct volume because of the remote.

Excellent picture, great sound and applications access. I stream from Amazon, Netflix, and my favorite apps like HGTV and PBS kids in crisp clean HD.

Nice TV for price however other reviewers are correct that the TV drops wifi connection all the time!!!!

Compared to the other Roku TVs this is a Sharp TV which means its one of the better, if not one of the best, TV brands out there. We have not had issues with the TV so far other than the occasional crash (it happens once every few months) but so far so good. This TV is very light but still packs a punch. Visuals look good and Roku is already installed. This means you already have a good brand TV with a Roku installed, so you pretty much killed two birds with one stone. All of the benefits of Roku are embedded so theyre not taking any feature out there with the TV. You can still add in the antenna if you wish or your external devices like the Playstaton or Xbox by attaching them to the back of the TV and accessing them through the main menu of the TV which means this TV isnt really just for using the Roku app. Theres like 3 HDMI cable inputs and one set of those 3 color cables intended for lower-teach devices so you can definitely add a couple of things in there. Did I mention its not that expensive?
