Just got it, barely use it, but when I do the picture and volume go dead for several minutes at a time after about a half hour of use.....essentially unwatchable ...it’s absolutely maddening!!
Kept dropping WIFI,I had to do a factory reset every time I turned it on in order to log on. It was returned.
its only been less than a month that i have had this product and the sound goes out for about 30 seconds every 15-20 minutes, starting to get irritating. but i am going to make sure that its not a connection or wifi/cable issue before i send this product back.
I was originally going to buy this new but was persuaded by amazons promotion of this "renew" item. I thought I could save $30 and purchase a warranty in its place. When this arrived, I noticed a one-inch scratch in the screen. I wish I had bought it new. Really disappointed.
