LG LJ400B 28LJ400B-PU 27.5" 720p LED-LCD TV - 16:9 - HDTV

So far this TV seems to be holding up quite well. It takes a little time to customize the settings for the video sources that are connected to it, but the picture is satisfactory. The tuner is much better than my previous set as it receives the signals of all the local channels with less digital breakup. It has 2 HDMI ports which is a plus so I can connect both my mini PC and DVD player without having to switch sources when using the same port. This TV support component as well as composite video as well. She gets kind of chatty when you use the buttons on the remote, but a great TV for the price.

What can you say about a TV. They have been around so long now it is hard to get excited about another TV. Just wish it were a little bigger as the Armoire I put this in could take a bigger set. However, such a model does not exist apparently. The next size up is way to large.

Sound is awful. AWFUL!!!! Description of dimensions was wrong. They measured the box, not the tv, which isnt helpful when I have a definitive space in which to put this tv. I have 29" EXACTLY in width. The description said the width of this tv was 27.5". The width of this tv is actually only 25". Im wondering now if I could have gotten a bigger TV. This one may be going back or Ill use it as a computer screen. My recommendation is: DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

Most of all I like the picture quality; its actually 1080p. And although I wish that it came with more than just two HDMI ports and only one USB port, for the price, this television cant be beat, even for a non Smart TV. The only one real con about this TV that I found was that the screws that secure the stand, dont fully fit to create a snug and tight and level stand, leaving the stand to tilt at a slight angle and be wobbly. So I simply put a nice quartz crystal at the center under the TV, so that it would sit perfectly upright with no problem; for myself, I found that to be a small drawback for the overall quality of the TV at such an affordable price, although other shoppers may take greater issue with this.

Im not a TV connoisseur and just wanted a straightforward TV for my office--not interested in bells and whistles. This TV fits the bill perfectly. Has some extra features if you care--I dont and havent tried them out. But so far set-up was easy, picture, sound very good (by my non-connoisseur standards) and Im perfectly happy.

After 5 months, the power button broke off the bottom of the tv. I use it as a monitor, so it gets turned off/on several times per day. The tiny power button broke off in my hand. Seller wont honor the warranty. Great tv for the money. Lousy customer service from the seller.
