Not even 5months after CAREFUL use, it failed. The Internet feature fell apart! Sony does not stand by any of these products - wonder why they use that brand-name! There is NO SERVICE that the buyer can depend on. You buy it - you are stuck with it. The all-region feature works but not the Internet feature, anymore. If the buyer wants something that will last more than a few months, this is not the answer! Whats more, they do not carry a guaranty even for 6 months!

Works very well as advertised with multi regions. I have only used the UK and US format though.. I was disappointed that it doesnt support wireless Internet but I should have read the product description in detail. I was worried that it might be a hacked version of a Region 1 player but it looks like a factory made device.

Already quit. We have also lost a bluray disc inside the unit we can not retrieve. Not a good product at all.

I like it, and it does what it says it can. The menu system looks to be based on a similar platform as the PlayStation, so its a little complicated. Im fine using it, but I wouldnt get it for anyone technologically challenged. That being said, not many technologically challenged folk need a multi-region blu ray player.

When I finally found the instructions(my fault). I was able to view several Blurays from England that I have acquired. What a great player the picture quality was fantastic and the sound good, all the films are mono due to their age. If you are collecting European or any other countries films this player is the way to go. Solid performer.
