Be very careful when buying this. It is not a 4k player. So far I do like the player itself and the picture looks great on my 4k tv.

This is excellent! Crisp videos, screen mirroring and easy to use. Only reason not a five, I have amazons fire TV and the processing of the apps are far faster. Ive seen this for almost a hundred dollars more.

Bought this as a replacement for an earlier generation model of the same series. Software interface has nice updates. Four stars until I know it will last longer than the previous gen (DVD drive motor died after two years of modest use).

I read reviews where people had problems with this piece of equipment after owning for just a little while. I purchased this in September for my daughters room. They use it most evenings and Ive caught them, on more than a couple of occasions, leaving it on all night while they slept. Not a single issue since set-up (which was simple).

Worked great for 4 months. Stopped playing DVDs or blurays about a month ago. Of course no longer guaranteed. I was using it for screen mirroring still, but now it will just shut off at random. I will be purchasing another Samsung but not "refurbished"

Bought two of these and both of them are pristine! They do not look refurbished and came in excellent condition! It plays dvds as it should and the picture quality is really nice.

Great, when it works. We have had three and two have stopped or had issues playing DVDs/Blurays after about 6 months. Trying checking for dust/dirt or other stuff that may be impacting the laser, but to no avail.

I am really happy with this. It was a great price and it is perfect for me while I am on the road and staying in hotels. I can even mirror my phone to this and watch stuff on my phone too.

This product lasted less than 2 months. Overnight it stopped playing either Blu-Ray or DVD discs, making it absolutely useless. This is the second Samsung Blu-Ray player to the exact same thing. No one seems to know why. I will never again buy another Samsung disc player.
