I ordered from my phone, which I wasnt aware that there were 4K upscaling players? If you have a TV that is compatible its going to be a smart TV to begin with, so I havent quite figured out what the purpose of this product is since it doesnt play 4K discs. Unit turned on and set up OK and came with an HDMI cord. So basically this is just a fancy Blu-Ray player and nothing more. Dont waste your money and buy something that can actually play the disc too.

This Samsung player does the job. I bought it to replace an ageing Toshiba player that had stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised at the improved picture quality. Works great with no problems.
