Really havent had much luck with this it works good then freezes up and cant get it open or any of the buttons to work then we end up unplugging it
It gets the job done.
This blu ray player has a great picture and I love that I can access Netflix with it. The only drawback is I wish it could access Amazon Prime too.
The menus are a little slow is the only reason i took a star off. Everything else works like expected. The set up was pretty confusing and did not show up right away for my wireless internet. Other than that it is a very good blu ray dvd player.
Works very well no problems.

DO NOT BOTHERED STAY AWAY. Player stopped working after 15, loud noise, and does not release dvd unless unplug and restart. This is constant with every play. Be aware of reimbursement for return and restocking fee. Lucky to get half your money back. TERRIBLE!!!
This player works great. We are very satisfied!
Disc player developed a problem within the first month or so of using. It would randomly stop at which point youd have to press play again to start it. Dont buy without the Assurance plan.
Could not find the apps that came with player and instructions were not clear how to find the apps. My Sony DVD player you turn it on and all apps are right there to chose from like NetFlix and Pandora switch from Audio to Video.
