Item arrived as advertised. Looks great for a refurb item! Ive had some refurbs arrive that look like theyve been around the block a few times, but this one set up very easy. My only complaint was that there is no battery for the remote, so make sure to have some AAA batteries on hand to get the remote to work.

It is great for playing DVD and Blu-ray movies but the streaming feature is not reliable at all. It constantly freezes and will not perform any function until you kill the power and restart it.
Unfortunately, this device failed for us. The initial setup was smooth, and it looked like a good bargain. But two or three minutes into a program, it would freeze. Not glitch--just freeze. This happened on Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix. The return process went without a hitch. UPS picked up this afternoon, and the refund was back in my account by 10:30 p.m.

Product didnt stream correctly
The menus are much faster than my Samsung Blu Ray. The update firmware option is a must though. I do wish the remote controls were better on these. They just are too small even for someone with smaller hands.
Freezes all the time. Have to keep unplugging it to re start it! Now it won’t even connect to internet for Netflix! I get this! Glitchy audio but no picture!
One I got was defective. Software issue of some sort. Dont know if they are all like that or I just drew the short straw. Would have returned it but that has always been hassle for me with Amazon.
