This appears to be the only multi-region DVD/BLU-RAY player that actually works. It has minor flaws. The remote control is too small. My index finger covers about six buttons. The memory is quirky. If you watch, say, a French movie without subtitles, it is almost impossible to watch it again with subtitles.Otherwise it is fine.

Love this player! I accidentally bought a CD that was for an other global region than US and couldnt play it, I needed to upgrade my player anyway to Bluetooth Wi-Fi so found this one that covered all the bases. Easy to set up and start working. Excellent vendor experience as well.

Great. This is an excellent player, It plays every disc in my collection, and I have some very old movies from way back. Download the Manual and you would surprise what it can do, yes it is an excellent player.

Simply awesome. All my European, American, and Asian DVDs work on it, and all blu-rays out of the box. Easy to install. Only gripe is the PLAY button on remote control is too close to the STOP button.

I bought the WiFI/Smart version and we watch DVDs, Amazon Video, Hulu, YouTube, and Netflix on this. There are other apps available too that we dont have subscriptions to so we dont use. Bought it 4 months ago and its working out pretty good. Occasionally the remote controls stop working for some reason and I unplug and try again.

Was easy to install, working great with euro zone dvds. Additionally the network Wi-Fi configuration was simple and access to streaming services was a plus. The newer Netflix interface is cleaner and better than the one on my older Samsung tv. Update 1/27/2019 using product for about a month now and the device continues to losing the Wi-Fi configuration requiring us to configure the network settings every time we want to use it for premium online content access. Very disappointing! And why I have lowered my previous 5 star rating to 3 stars!

Works perfectly, tested and works on regions 1 and 2. You can change on the fly by navigating to the home screen, opening disc, and hitting the region code number: 1, 2, or 3...etc. simple to navigate, connects just fine to internet, and regular DVDs dont come out really grainy like on some DVD players.

DVD player works pretty well, usually, but it sometimes doesnt detect the DVD and has to be restarted. It has played Disney DVDs that my other Blue Ray player couldnt, as well as some British DVDs. The remote is tiny and awkward in my (mens size Medium) hands. Men with large+ hands and/or wide fingers will have problems hitting the desired keys.

It doesn’t work well with Netflix/Hulu/streaming. Lags, gets stuck, even though I can play the videos seamlessly on my laptop/phone/other wifi devices. This was one of the main reasons I bought this player.

Im having no issues playing any region DVD or Blu-Rays. However, the picture quality is far from the best. There is artifacting on DVDs and I get better quality off my XBOX One for Blu-Ray. I had a Samsung region free DVD player previously, and I wish Id gone with my original instinct and bought another one. Most Blu-Rays are region A, anyway.
