Just received copier today. Read all reviews before purchase and was a little concerned about problems people were having during various setups, I have a office with 4 printers and 7 workstations, I found it to be a very easy process for anyone who has some experience with networks. Various aspects setup easily with a rich amount of options.

Great fast printer with lots of functionality.
Bought the printer in August of 2018, by March of 2019, the printer died and no could fix, then set a refurbished replacement that arrived broken in a beat up box, and it was also unusable due to what looks like a botched refurbishment. Very disappointed
Great copier/printer! We use it daily and it has been easy to use and provides high quality prints. It is awesome to have a color option.

Ink way too expensive. Costs as much as the printer. Requires IT expertise to set up.
Weve had this printer for 9 months and theres always a problem. Weve had service calls and a service technician came out and it still doesnt work right. Sometimes it prints and the print quality is great, but most of the time there is a problem that keeps us from being able to use it. We are always unplugging and replugging. Sometimes that solves the problem, but usually it doesnt. Never again Xerox. Were back to HP....
I very much like this printer! Ive had many over the years, but never a color laser. I bought this one because I used the one we have at work (a much larger printer, for sure) and liked the quality. This is fast, prints excellently, and if I had to, Id buy this one again! Its rock solid -- prints well, scans well... I havent had to fax with it yet, but, Im sure that works well, too. Seriously, I havent found anything I dont like about this printer. I highly recommend it.
