HP LaserJet Pro M227fdw All-in-One Wireless Laser Printer (G3Q75A) with High Yield Black Toner Cartridge

This printer had pretty decent reviews and came highly recommended. I purchased it in Feb and its now May, the touch screen has gone out and it stopped printing. This is one of the huge downfalls to All-In-Ones, I cant print, fax or copy now. I also tried to register the product to get technical help/repairs through the warranty and the product information doesnt match HP system.

I love this all in one now that I have it set up. I consider myself computer savvy and spent a couple frustrating hours getting all the features going. Wireless printing was a big frustrating flop until I downloaded the Printhand app.

Love it. Does double sided automatically when you print. Easy to make 2 sheets double sided from menu. Had very old HP Laserjet I hated to get rid of. It had become slow, noisy, and started jamming a bit. This new one takes up far less space. Prints easily from phone too. This printer used by chromebook and Imac.

This equipment prints or copies about five sheets of clean, professional papers. Then the toner starts leaving streaks on each sheet after that, and it just continues to get worse with each copy or page printed. I am very disappointed in the quality.

HP just messes stuff up. This will be my last HP printer. Hard to configure, not reliable, and poor software support. Buy an expensive HP printer product and works fine, anything short of that and they put you through some real pain. this thing will not stay connected to a wireless network, what a piece of junk.

Arrived earlier than expected and no product damage. Nice addition to my office decor. Seems to be well-constructed. Great size, not too big or too small...and actually a little more powerful than I expected for its size. Havent tried fax or scan yet but printing and copying works quite nicely. I was sort of in a rush when I was researching all-in-one printers and needed to buy one for a class that was about to start. On an IT friends recommendation, I purchased this one and so far, I havent been disappointed...

This thing only prints through the network when it wants to, and thats not often. Printer Offline, printer offline, printer offline. Customer service says to restart it, did that work? Why yes it did, but my question is how do I make it print without having to restart it every time? What does work is email printing, I use that all the time. I get my daily assignments from work via email and I need to print them out. I forward it and its waiting for me on the printer when I get home. But when it comes to printing WHILE Im home I have to plug my laptop into the USB, juuuust like every printer before this one, yay! I can only give this 2 stars because the wireless printing was the ONLY reason I bought this thing, and it only worked for a few months. Ive tried everything. Update: While I applaud customer service for responding to my review, the firmware update didnt work. Printer Offline... wheres that USB cable?... there it is.

This is my second one. Got the first one for the office, the second one for my mom, now Ill probably get one for the home office. Its easy to set up and use. Fast printing at a reasonable price. Havent had to change toner yet so I dont know the issues there yet.

Having been an IT professional for 22 years, I dreaded getting an All-In-One printer. My budget didnt support anything more than this as I was starting my new business though, so I took a chance. This printer has proven itself so far. It scans and copies great and the print jobs are fast and clean. The only feature I havent tried is faxing (because its FAXING....).

Im sorry, but this thing is a piece of crap. We bought it for our office, pretty high use every day. Within the first 6 months of use, we have replaced high yield toner twice - used only HP (which is astronomically priced at $89). It started squeaking and I guess something broke off inside that has ruined our drum - (again $89). So a $229 printer has turned into a $500 printer in 6 months. Cost of ownership is horrible. This after buying an HP all in one that crashed after 1 year of use. I will never buy an HP product again. Bought a brother replacement.
