Purchased 10/23/17, it ceased printing from drawer #2 on 12/6/17 (less than two months). But this vender has only 30 day return policy. Had to rely on HP product warranty ..... spent two days on trouble shooting chats, still trying to get a refund. Not a happy customer.

What a nightmare! this printer constantly stops after a few pages. It prints every other page on half the jobs, even though there is no second page! It prints the 3rd or second page with blanks in every other page! So there is no issue that could cause this on my end. The printer constantly jams and it cant decipher between legal and letter as it prompts which paper to use each time. It is the worst HP product I have ever purchased and I buy only HP printers! DO NOT BUY THIS!

This is our 3rd HP printer in 18 years. I would never buy this particular model again. 1 year and 5 days, the tray lift is broken.
