It wasn’t working for a second when I set it up. Not sure what happened. But I unplugged it and tried to get it to work again at a later time. I actually was on hold with amazon to get help with it. But the second time I did the set up it worked perfectly. I printed a pretty detailed black and white photo of my daughter and it came out really nice. I was nervous getting a refurbished printer but it seems pretty good.

Terrible. I just opened the box and Ive spent 45 minutes trying to install a ink cartridge and the thing still wont take it. Not a good start.

Picked this up for a co-worker at the office, someone that doesnt print a whole lot, and so far it is working out pretty well. We did go ahead and purchase additional ink cartridges for it too since its hard to tell how long they will last.

Im not exactly computer savvy so it took me about ten minutes or so to get up and running with my laptop. The printer is awesome. I keep covered with the front open off in a corner out of the way. Hit print and it wakes up and does its thing.

Very pleased with it. Didnt expect it to come with ink cartridges, that was nice. Im not real "tech savvy ", but I connected it to my wi-fi very easily. 2nd refurbished item.

Easy to use, and set up. Took about 20 minutes to do everything. Instructions was on a paper. Setting up was on computer/laptop. Touch screen, easy to use what you want. Comes with black and color ink. Just still trying to get used to using it, and the tech it comes with.
