Zac did an excellent job over team viewer on helping me get this setup properly. No hold either, US based support. If you run a business that provides access control as a service, buy this printer and software combo.

Picture quality is great. Had a bit of trouble to get it up and running (quick set up guide not very helpful), but prints very quickly once I figured it out. Overall awesome product

Bought this printer to make custom luggage and bag tags. Easy to set up and use. Online help is available for any issues that may arise. Was able to print shortly after set up!

This ID card printer works pretty well. The only issue Ive had so far is with the ribbon. The ribbon that came with it broke inside the printer after I made 3 ids. I had to order another ribbon and they are costly.

The Fargo DTC1250e was very easy to set up. The images any printing is very clear and easy to read. The Bodno software that came with it is very functional and easy to use. Great work guys!

Great printer and software. super easy to install and set up. Was having some user issues with setting up the Bodno software, called the 800# and they answered right away and resolved my issue within minutes. Highly recommend.

We purchased the Fargo DTC1250e printer and are extremely satisfied. We recently upgraded our software to the Silver Edition which allows you to import your data and print in bulk via Excel. Very Satisfied with the results!!

We use this printer for ID badge printing on demand for childrens workers in our church. We have it set up on a cart. The printer is small, fast and seems to be well built. The color depth is good, text is crisp.
