The printer works great, love it, but the replacement roll I ordered through Betckey at the same time did not and I tried it several times. I finally ordered a Brother replacement and it worked first try.

This printer is awesome for printing my etsy shipping labels! Open the p-touch label software. Put in your labels for 4x6 shipping. Turn on the printer. Click the paper option at the top left. Choose vertical orientation. Choose format for 4x6 in etsy, and wait for the window to pop up with the single label in it. Then go back to the p-touch software, and click the image option, and choose screen capture. You draw a rectangle around the 4x6 label in the pop up window and then it auto pastes into the p-touch editor software. Drag it to fit your label and print. Easy peasy. I also print .5 inch round labels for the tops of my eo roller bottles, I wish I could make the margins smaller on them, since I feel like there is a lot more room then it lets me print on. But Im making that work. Now if only theyd come out with an economical COLOR option...he he he
