I have had this printer for about 60 days now and I have had continuous toner leakage on my paper output. I have several case numbers with Brother customer service trying to resolve this issue but all they want to do is replace the toner cartridges. Now I can understand a defective toner cartridge, but Brother sent me a new cartridge right from their factory and the problem got worse. My thinking is either the drum or the machine is defective but the latest info I have is that they are still looking at the toner cartridges being defective. So each time I have to call Brother customer service I waste 1 to 1.5 hours of my time trying to figure this issue out. In order not to waste any more time on the problem I asked Amazon if they would take the machine back and they were very helpful with a return.
