Samsung XE500C13-K03US Chromebook 3 - 11.6 HD - Celeron N3060 - 4GB - 16GB SSD

This is my second Chromebook. I cried when my first one broke, because it was just outside of the warranty and all I needed was the screen to be fixed. Itd been dropped on the floor about a dozen times, and it just happened to hit something at the wrong angle and broke the screen, BUT THE REST OF IT STILL WORKED BECAUSE CHROMEBOOKS ARE CHAMPS. My friend gave me his old laptop so I could still do my schoolwork and blah blah.. Fast forward to Christmastime and I decided I should treat myself. I AM SO HAPPY. Its like I have my baby back, and I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. If anything, Im upset I didnt splurge and get a bigger one, because I know it would still be affordable and lightweight. The battery power is fantastic, the learning curve is a breeze, and it is especially useful to anyone who uses Chrome products regularly (including Google Drive, Notes, Sheets, etc.)

Blazing fast chrome book. For those who are getting used to and learning to love the Chrome OS - a very strong value. Perfect for web browsing and compatible with Docs and other similar Office-style apps for basic word processing and excel sheet work. Great for students or on the move people. Biggest strength is a solid machine that is VERY responsive and benefits from that lovely new, app-based Chrome OS.

Only used for about to minutes because the power cord kept falling out. It was very loose and anytime I moved it the connection would slide out too far for it to charge. Sent back and ordered different device. While I did use it I felt it was very snappy and would have worked well.

WTF Im not sure how this device has any stars if I could give negative ones I would. I received this today. Charged it. TODAY. In the half hour Ive used it, it has frozen 3x. And glitched out blacking out the screen a few times. Currently its frozen on the screen to log into my email account. Thats how far I made it. Step one. After days of reviewing Chromebook after Chromebook I ended up with this hunk of junk waste of my time. Returning tomorrow. Beyond furious. The only benefit would be that its only a few hours old so hopefully I wont have a problem with the refund process.

Light, quick, and does the job. Got this laptop as a carry around laptop for school. It fits the bill. It feel solid for what it is (a low price laptop). Understand this is not a full laptop but a chrome browser based device. For a student or an average family member who just wants to surf the web, this is a good machine. Quickly boots up and loads websites, doesn’t have any bloatware, and has easy virus protection. It will get slow if you’re running more than 8 tabs at once. Heavy website load pretty quickly (there may be a couple delay sometimes). One thing to note is that the screen isn’t the best quality. It’s fine for mild to moderate use but if you need something for extended use or super fine details ... look into getting a computer built for that. All around solid chromebook.

I needed a laptop that’s small and fairly light so it’s easier for me to tote around and this one works perfectly for what I need it for.. surfing the web, blogging, and typing up documents and spreadsheets. I’m not tech savvy AT ALL so I don’t need all the frills that I wouldn’t know how to use anyway, but the speakers sound great, battery life is excellent and the speed is pretty quick surfing from one page to the next. Perfect for school/college and your basic computer needs for the price.

I like this light weight chromebook. I can carry it with my tote bag. I just recently got it. will test on battery life. So far so good. the only thing I dont like much about this chromebook is taking too much time to download one little app from play store... it says 16G SSD. I think it is not.. it is probably only 16G flash memory speed. good price, nice texture on keyboard... mouse pad is nice and sensitive. I like it in general.

I need a laptop for school and this fit the bill 100% perfectly. I was so nervous when selecting this laptop cus i did so much research and was worried this "lower" version wouldnt be able to do much more then basic computing. To my complete surprise it can do all that and more. YEs its limited by its OS obviousy but multiple tabs, spotfiy, etc all run super smooth. I was shocked. Its a great little machine for school or tbh someone who just wants to do basic streaming.

High quality construction. The OS is crisp and fast, boot time taking only seconds. Thats to be expected from Chromes OS. The battery life is okay, it could have a couple more hours than it does, but definitely not a deal breaker. The screen is high quality, colors vibrant. Speakers get loud. Its definitely not just worth the money it has GREAT value for the money.

I need a basic laptop for web surfing and emails only. This laptop stopped working after 3 days very minimal used. Im so disappointed anf upset!
