I bought this as a present for my mother who loves it! Great deal for the money but keep in mind it has a plastic case so do not abuse it even a little!
I cant believe this laptop is so cheap. Its BLOATWARE free. Touchscreen works great. Its fast. Lots of storage. Im a grad student and this is perfect for all my needs. Its a skosh on the heavy side, but for the price youre paying its no big deal.
I bought this as a gift for my father to replace a severely outdated desktop. While the hardware itself seems ok, the laptop has crashed several times, possibly due to issues with the Windows 10 OS. My father, who is learning some of the newer technology, has been locked out of the computer several times due to the OS not acknowledging his passwords for access after a crash. I had been under the impression that HP put out a quality product, but due to issues with this computer, is the last time I will be purchasing an HP computer of any sort.
This is actually really nice laptop especially for the price. I did return mine however. My son bought it for gaming and although I warned him it wouldn’t be a full on gaming laptop with performance and graphics he insisted he still wanted it. He only played overwatch on it and although it never lagged at a medium graphics setting he couldn’t get past the graphics not being console quality. Sometimes when you are 11 you have to see something to believe it. Overall functions as a laptop were great. Started right up and didn’t have a lot of bloatware. If you want it for gaming it’ll work just fine but the graphics won’t be full on HD quality. Personally I thought the graphics were better than what I was expecting.
I love my new laptop. It does everything I needed it to do. Took me a little practice to get used to the touchpad as its not like my old HP laptop. Others have complained about the housing being plastic but I appreciate this lightweight feature. The graphics are crystal clear with vivid colors. I would highly recommend this laptop for high quality and value.
Great laptop for the price paid! Nice big screen, and I really liked the touchscreen option. I also like the Windows 10 installed even that0 I had no chance to explore it so much... What is not good in this product: The laptop is all plastic made, even the track pad which seems to be part of the laptop case. The keyboard is very solid but hard and not comfortable for typing even small texts like this.
Cannot believe that this computer crashed after 6-months of minimal use. Tried contacting seller to see if I had any options, and he/she did not respond. Trying to file a claim and will do everything I can to leave negative feedback all over the internet.
Love the computer! But just a couple of months after purchasing, it just stopped charging. Now I have a completely useless computer that I wasted a lot of money on and cant contact anyone about getting it fixed or replaced. This computer is necessary for my daily life! I dont have the money for another one, so now what am I supposed to do? First time I have been this disappointed in a purchase from Amazon.
Nice little rocket! Windows 10 takes some getting used to, especially with Chrome Browser. When I switched to Opera it took back off like the rocket that it is.
Value product for the money.Although it looks plastic compared to the premium metal finishes it meets the required performance for a budget laptop.with core i3 and signature edition without any bloatware makes it a quick run for day to day tasks. the fan makes some noise and its a sign of low quality but it is what for the money paid.the touch screen is added advantage for scrolling pages when you are lazy.
