The laptop arrived with a defective windows program, Amazon informed me that I had to return to Microsoft for repairs. Microsoft informed me that the repairs would be charged for even though the laptop was brand new. I decided if I was going to pay for repairs I would rather keep the money in my community. So I took it to a local repair shop and had them repair it.
