Above standard customer service!! I ordered two and one came with a broken webcam. They responded right away and sent me out the new part with a link to a tutorial video! I mean we went back and forth via email and instant response! Amazing amazing customer service! The laptops both look brand new! No weird hiccups or lag. Outside top shell has slight imperfections and i mean slight like A hairline swirl. Definitely buy this and from them!

Cons: 1.unit came with out a power supply, had to go buy one 2.windows was not fully set up and had an error when booting 3.had to do a recovery to get to an operating system 4. could have bought a new one similar specs for a few dollars more once you total the cost of the power supply at a local electronics Best Box store Pros: 1. unit was clean and like new appearance 2. had a valid win 10 key 3. functions properly after about 2 hours of recovery and a trip to the store

This is a great computer for under $400. With a few upgrades to 8GB memory, backlit keyboard and an SSD it runs on par with my girlfriends MacBook Air (minus the video card specs). Looks good and is great for work.

So far so good. Good basic laptop. Seems to work ok. Froze once during initialization, but seemed fine after that. The battery kind of sticks out in the back, making the laptop chunky and a little awkward in the hands. Its also pretty heavy. However I get the feeling it can crunch data pretty quick, and loads fast enough. Im not going to be cycling with it or carrying it around alot, so its fine for me, but if you are looking for something like that, this may not be your laptop. Anyways Im happy with my purchase. Very utilitarian, almost industrial feel to this item. Update: A few months after purchase, the charger stopped functioning. I contacted the seller, and they QUICKLY responded by sending me a new charger without any further cost to me. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again. They have made a great impression on me. They are professional, polite, and value their customer base.

Service is GREAT - I received my computer on November 28 to be given as a Christmas gift. On November 30, I contacted the supplier because computer was shutting down on battery power but not on AC Adapter power supply – I was pleased that the supplier answered the phone almost immediately – he gave me a couple tips to try and if the battery still was not functioning, I should call back. Needless to say, the tips did not work but the supplier called me back to see if the tips had worked – when I informed him they had not, he told me he would sent a replacement battery immediately which I received on December 6 – computer is now working WONDERFULL ! I would definitely reorder again from this supplier

This is the second time I have purchased a refurbished computer. I paid 210 for this. It is well worth the price. It is fast and easy tun several applications at once. Starts up fast and has clear graphics. I recommend it over more costly, newer models.

This computer came with no power adapter! I used an adapter I had from an older Dell to TRY to turn it on, but was unsuccessful. It wouldnt boot! According to the BIOS, there was no hard drive. I opened up the HD bay to make sure there was a HD and there was. I called Amazon, and they credited me this laptop w/o any hassles. I give Amazon support 5-stars. This computer also came with zero paper work "certifying" it was refurbished. Only the computer encased in bubble wrap!

DO NOT PURCHASE DID NOT COME WITH OS, CHARGE CORD WAS INFORMED THAT THIS IS NOT FIRST ISSUE. We did not care about charge cord, but it is nonfunctional, and we will not pay additionally for something that we paid for when we bought this. No activation key for Windows 10, so not functional and now we have to go through refund/return process. I did not mind the refurb, but certification means something, I thought... Buyer Beware!!

Very dirty and clearly very well used. It has cracks, dirty, old sticker residue and did NOT come with a charger. On top of all that the screen keeps turning sideways. Very poorly described item from the seller
