I enjoyed that this laptop does exactly what i purchased it for, light gaming as my hours at work increased. able to play fortnite/runescape/overwatch/league of legends perfectly. The battery life varies depending on which games i play and if i spend my time messing around with unreal engine and unity it doesnt impack the battery too much.

I think I got scammed. I got this for my son for School. It wouldnt let us activate Windows because it said we needed a validation code. I tried to open a ticket with Dell and when I put the service tag in, it tells me that it is was registered in another country and it shows Libyas flag in the bottom corner. When I look up the warranty information it says that it was purchased in Peru in 2015 with the warranty expiring in November 2019 (thats 7 months from now.

I’ve had this beauty for almost a month now. This laptop is very nice and very sleek. I love the blue light-up keyboard and the 2 storage spaces to pick from. It gets hotter because it’s thinner but I don’t have a problem with that

I use this computer for mostly gaming and designing and it has been flawless until recently where the fan makes an odd noise (like something stuck or broken inside) while gaming or the power cable peeling off near the LED with the connector. The computers performance is far better than any computer Ive had before though, and the boot up speed thanks to the SSD is so quick that I get frustrated when I use my computer at work now.

I wanted a decent laptop to play some games and surf the web. this fits the bill at a decent price. if you want instant uploads, this is not the one. if you dont mind that some things take a few seconds longer than you are used to to load, this is a good laptop. its slid off the bed or couch 3 or 4 times. it keeps on ticking. :)

The 1TB hard drive is missing, so im assuming that i got the wrong laptop model, because the product description stated 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD. I tried to contact dell for support but i was connected to dell India and the guy on the phone had a very basic English and he wasnt able to help me at all.

This gaming laptop is really awesome but the fans are loud but it not that bad and it will get kind of hot I went in to Dell power management put it on cool it lower the fans and the temperature but overall this is a really good laptop

I like the sleek look and feel. The processor isn’t the model I thought, I guess I didn’t select the right choice. I will need at some point to upgrade the ssd capacity, this one came with 128 ssd and 1T hhd. The graphics are pretty awesome. I will update this review once I use it more. Right now I am just using it for my IT course work.

My son is pleased with it so far. He just find that it gets heated after an hour of gaming.
