I really wanted to like this laptop. But it’s cheaply built, and feels like it. The display is subpar, there is hardly any space on the hard drive, and I don’t feel the expense of upgrading it would even be worth it. It’s basically a netbook. You get what you pay for. At this point I’m stuck with it.

First one broke after 6 hours. Sent it back and was promised a “higher end notebook”. Almost 2 months later I finally received THE SAME kind of notebook which ALSO BROKE within a few days!

The laptop shows an acceptable configuration and reasonable performance for the price. It should be recommendable to include the M.2 SSD as standard by slightly increasing the price. Nevertheless, the "price/product" ratio is optimum.

I bought this computer based on great customer reviews but the one I was sent was worthless, I sent it back after two days. It constantly crashed and rebooted, like every ten minutes. I tried putting in a new fresh version of Windows, I got Russian characters on the screen as well as English and after that it still continued to crash and reboot. I would have liked it had it actually worked but it didnt and I never heard from the maker as far as offering a replacement, an apology etc. .

I like the light weight and sharp images, but it is very slow. The pad is atrocious, doesnt respond more than half the time. Going to add a mouse instead. Disappointed after using my ancient desktop pc.
