Had a problem with my monitor. I put a flash drive into the usb port and all of the sudden I had vertical lines across my screen and then it went dark. I eventually got it working again after I plugged it into the HDMI port on my tv. Still not sure what happened. I contacted the seller Blazing Prices as a 90 day warranty is promised on certified refurbished laptops in the ad. They were no help and told me to contact the manufacturer. If you think you have a 90 day warranty, think again. Amazon only guarantees it for thirty days and that is all you have.

I have bought this laptop for my brother, however I have not been able to deliver to him since last week. Last week he did set up this laptop and started to use it. In the beginning it was working fine since he was using it, and then ternunig it off when he was done with his work. However, when he started to leave the device in the stand by mode, then he started to experince problems as the screen would turn white and not show anything. He even captured a vidio of this behavior. He experiences this everytime he leaves tthe device in the stand by mode and tries to turn it on again. Is there anything you could do for this? Thanks

This was my 1st refurbished product and I ordered it after talking to Amazon customer service. The 1st laptop which I got was having a white line on the screen. So I have to return it. Then they send me a new one which was having some problem with graphics. and I got the third one. No lines on the screen, and described graphics. Awesome! But this happiness was just for 20 days. After which the screen starts blacking out. At first, it started with the screen blacking out was just for a blink of an eye duration. Hardly noticeable. But just after a few more days the duration of screen blacking out increased. There is also a problem with Seller and Amazon customer service. Amazon will tell you to contact the seller and vice-versa. This laptop is only preferable if you dont have anything else to do or are feeling bored. Because the process of exchanging laptops, taking the backup, setting up a new laptop will indulge you and keep you busy at least for a few months.
