HP 840 EliteBook came in like-new condition and on time. Truly a great value. Only reason I cant give a 5 star is that the charger included was for the G4 not the G2 (facepalm) - seems like this would be an easy win.

Had no issues, hasnt been dropped or damaged in any way but monitor is already going out. its been less than a year but after 30 days they will not do anything if you start to have issues.

This is replacing my 17 inch laptop. Wanted something that is light weight, and easy to take with me anywhere. This fits everything I was looking for. The only rhing I wish it has was touch screen.

Arrived on time, and very clean and almost new looking. Not very clear instructions on how to activate Windows license. Fingerprint reader appears in device manager, but doesnt seem to be working. All other features work well, so Im happy with this purchase.

Awesome buy, it came perfectly clean and working. I even got an additional 100 GB SSD somehow, great find! I will say the battery is not that great, it lasts 2-3 hours on full brightness.

I really needed a little laptop for work and this does the trick. I just use a wireless optical mouse I dont really like the touchpad on this computer but its fast and quiet.

This laptop was defective. Had connectivity issues out Of the box. Spent 5 hours on the phone with MICROSOFT and the were unable to fix the problem. Customer Service thought it might be a bad Windows download but the laptop wouldnt stay connected to the internet. The laptop was returned.
