I have bought three of these because of the value, quality and durability. After numerous disappointments with other laptop brands, Dell Inspiron has proven itself. Battery life can be improved. I would prefer a more centered mouse pad or right of center or optionality when ordering. But overall, an excellent laptop for the price point.

Thoroughly enjoy this computer so far and have not had any issues. Love the lit keyboard and touch screen.

Dim screen, low quality (although 1080p) , also a high pitch squealing will greet u, from the HDD I presume. Overall pretty much a disappointment. But everyones different.
is the poorest performance that Ive ever see in a laptop, do you remember that old computer from your Granny house, that you clic any button and it spends 3 minutes to execute. this laptop is really close to this. Dont waist your money. looks cheap but is...........
This Dell computer is actually a very good computer. The touch screen is great, the graphics are nice, and the speed is perfect. I definitely like having the built-in CD drive and the back-lit keyboard. Its very hard these days to find a computer with a CD drive built in, as well as touch screen capabilities and a back-lit keyboard. Im so happy that this computer meets my needs exactly.
