Machines work great. Have 5 of these deployed as of today. Unfortunately two of these products arrived with Spyware pre-installed. Both myself and another employee had Internet Explorer hijacked out of the box. Luckily were an IT firm and manually removed it. I read it was a known issue from this manufacturer.

These machines are perfect or our law office. We run 8 of them. They come with business next day warranty with Lenovo and 24/7 support. Only issue we had with one was replaced the next day by Lenovo

Love the machine, small and powerful enough for what I need it for. Sadly I had a motherboard and HD go bad. Lenovo service was amazing! They dispatched tech (from IBM) to my office the next day with parts to replace the motherboard and HD
