I debated about purchasing this unit to configure it as a SAMBA server for home network. Finally pulled the plug and I am so happy I did. The CPU is way more than adequate as is the 8GB of ram. It has a very fast 256GB NVME SSD as well as a cage to add a 2.5" or 3.5" HDD. The extra SATA cable, power cable and mounting screws for the HDD are inside the cabinet. Awesome. I installed a WD RED NAS HDD then installed Fedora Linux 28 and samba on the NVME drive and it runs without a hitch. I am a happy camper.
