I purchased 4 of these for our office and couldnt be happier. Very easy to set up.. extremely nice computers for the price. I was shocked at the bad reviews. These are GREAT computers and I will be purchasing more.
Did not work. Want to return it but missed by 2 days. Been told techinician would call me but did not here anything.
We got 2 of this, it is windows 10 pro, it works as expected with no problems. TIP: the key comes in a black and white photocopy paper, we were so excited to use it that we threw away that, thinking that is was trash, so now one of them does not have a key, we are waiting for customer service now. We are confused about the bad reviews, we use them at our office and they work excellent!
The listing cites in several places that this unit comes with WiFi, but it did not.

Power supply fan died after a few months. Causes computer to occasionally restart without warning
Product didn’t work after windows install. Tried to reach out to company just kept getting computer generated emails.
Wow, looks like take it from trash to your house!!!! 1 star just because I receive a PC (correct item)
