Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz 8GB 250GB DVD Windows 10 Pro (Renewed)

I received the PC yesterday. It took me 4 hours to set it up. I am a professional IT with 30 years of working experience. I have good working experience in Dell Optiplex PC. Pros: Its a solid built PC for office. It comes with 8G RAM and 250G Hard Drive. The VGA port works. I didnt test the Display Port. It comes with Windows 10 Pro version 1809. The Windows 10 activate key works. Cons: The power cord doesnt work. Please see the picture. Its the wrong type of power cord. The keyboard has a missed "leg". Please see the pictures. One side has "leg", the other side doesnt have one. The PC has a loosening component. Please see the picture. I dont know what it is. I can not install the update, KB4494441, by Windows Update. This one is a killer. To solve the Windows Update issue, I have to install the latest Windows 10 version 1903.

Quiet and work just fine. Clean for a refurbish. The hdd and power supply seems to be the ones that gave out first. I replace the hdd with a 120GB ssd and this thing is very snappy. Work great for the usual needs. Not a gaming system

Pretty disappointing. I expect a refurbished computer to have some dings and scratches, but I dont expect it to have 2 screws inside the case moving around, nor do I expect the hard drive to be un-secure and moving around as well. Its also missing a back panel cover.

Item was very clean and they did supply a keyboard and mouse, power cable, and USB wifi adapter. Started right up and has been running smoothly for the last 2 days. I bought it for my mother who needed a replacement for just surfing the web and paying bills. the unit is very space saving and much smaller than your standard tower. overall Im very happy with the purchase. Got it with 4 MB Memory instead with 8 MB as offered. This is a complete fraud. Does not work with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 .

Clearly lists that windows 10 pro is included w/ purchase of tower. Upon receipt failed to produce registration code - multiple lengthy calls to customer service trying to obtain code - being told tower only advertised to be "compatible with" windows 10 - despite ad clearly listing windows 10 pro included in purchase. Very frustrating
