This iMac was a beat of a leap of faith for me, but I have bought refurbished tvs before with no issue. Never have I bought a refurbished iMac, but am also not willing to pay new prices either. This product arrived in the box shown, very non discrete I know, but it did arrive a head of schedule which was nice! Out of the box it included the 21.5" iMac with a wired keyboard and mouse. I wasnt expecting wireless because I knew the description posted for this item was incorrect as the specs didnt match the title of the amazon item for sale. On the plus side, it came with 16GB of RAM vs. the advertised 8GB which is a huge plus in my opinion. See sticker and screen shot in this review for proof! This iMac may be a 2013 model, but with its specs. of 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage running High Sierra (2nd newest iOS), you are truly set up for the future. For a little bit of your time you can also download the newest iOS (Mojave) for free!!! For 1/2 the price of a new iMac with lesser hardware specs, I fully expect this one to get my family a solid 5-7 years of use. My wife and I couldnt be happier with this purchase. Do not be afraid as it has been factory re-certified by Apples process. P.S. It is so cool to now have our iWatch, iPhone, iPad, and iMac all synced when it comes to: contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, etc. This really is a huge time saver when it comes to organizing and storing photos and files.
