great for beginner to intermediate photographers a lot better than the 20M sony great settings, low recharge time this is only for beginner to intermediate level only the stand is plastic and balances well and has a screw in for placing it on a tripod simple elegant a bit costly but worth it , Doesnt work for pro photographer unless you use as a remote
