It looks like it should come with the light cover (diffuser, I believe it’s called) and the instructions it arrives with also says it should but it doesn’t. I had to purchase one separately otherwise the light is too harsh. There is no dimming option. It’s full blast or nothing. Also, it doesn’t turn on every time. Most of the time; yes, but 1 out of 10 attempts it just stays off. The quality is also a bit rinkety. I do have to give credit with the careful packaging.

Im not sure how to get in contact. But unopened my package last week. I isedi Mother item for two pictures and a went to turn the light on for a 3 rd time and the light did not turn on. I have a salon, and used it for a few hours and it seemed as if the light blew out. Not sure what the problem is . I would like my money back or please send me a new one and I can ship this one back

I purchased this about a month ago. This light does a great job of illuminating. I needed it for some interviews I was doing and since they were indoors I couldnt get the light they way I wanted. This light really helped the project and gave it a more professional quality. It even comes in a nice carrying case which helps it when transporting from location to location. It does not come with a stand, which I should have read more carefully. It also does not stand on its own, so a stand is necessary. I used a mic stand I owned as a makeshift light stand in the meantime. Pros: Lights Professionally Has Carrying Case Cons: No Stand Included

This is my 2nd time ordering this ringlight. The first one was shipped from the company and came to me broken. It was shipped in a box that wasnt much bigger then the ringlight its self. It also didnt have any type of padding or cushioning to safe guard during the shipping process. But this one come intact inside a black neewer carrying case same as the first. The box that it was in was securely stuck to the bottom of the shipping box. So, it wouldnt shuffle during transport. It also had paper padding placed on top for add protection. However I did have to place the plastic clips that secure the ringlight back in place. Then reinsert the bulb into the round part of the clips carefully to secure it to the frame. Itsvery bright and it doesnt wash you out. However it doesnt have a dimmer to control the light level. So, it will cause a glare to objects your holding if its up close to the camera/Ringlight or directly in front of it. A diffuser would fix this issue. Along with and future wash out due to background and wardrobe changes. So, I plan on getting one from eBay or Ali express for $3. I got this for my beauty videos and it works great! It also make your photos look excellent.

Just save up and buy a good ring light. With this one its about luck for it to arrive in one WORKING piece. It will either come with a broken bulb or will stop working. Mines came broken so I ordered a light bulb and it ALSO CAME BROKEN. Im going to just get a refund.

When I first received this it worked for about 3 minutes before it stopped working. The off witch turned it on. The on swithc turned it off. I was upset. It remember seeing reviews that stated they let it sit unplugged for 30 minutes and plugged it back and turned it on. It eventually worked. The switch is still opposites but doesnt bother me too much. It works perfect now. I havent had any problems since

I bought this product in January but never really used it. I tested it out and was happy but my life got really busy so I never had a chance to follow my passion. Yesterday I was FINALLY recording my first YouTube video with it and it just went out. I am not sure what happened but it will not turn back on. I’m not sure if the product is defective orrrrr if the light has just blown but I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered this ring light for my girlfriend. A month and a half later it just stopped working. We just passed the 30 day exchange and now I have to order her a new one. I will just invest in another. It may be $200 more than this one but at least it wont just stop working right after the return/exchange policy ends. Replacing the bulb will not work. This just sucks!

UPDATE - 5 STARS! My initial ring light shorted on me. I wrote a review and Neewer contacted me to make it right. They sent me a replacement (quite some time ago) that works perfectly. I was quite impressed with the customer service and will continue to purchase from them going forward. In this day and age, customer service goes a LONG way. Thanks Neewer! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Loved it until today. It randomly flickered while in use and hasn’t come back on since. I’m guessing it’s a short and hoping to have it replaced since it’s been less than 4 months since I purchased.

I love the size of the ring and that it was what I ordered, thats why it got more than one star, THE REASON I am upset is that when I received the order and turned it on the bulb didnt work, and when I contacted who I thought was the seller based on the name under the product they told me the order number was not associated with them, so I went back and looked even closer and contacted another name that was under this exact light which was in My Orders, they said the order number wasnt with them either. No one is trying to help me, so now I have to order replacement bulbs and pray that they work.
