my cousin bought this camera for his wife using my account. She has had it for 1 week and there’s something wrong with her shutter. She gets the error message saying mechanical malfunction has been detected... seriously only 1 week in.. very disappointed
The 18-55 mm lens do not focus. Seems to just turn. I called, but no reply back.
